  Started in January 2018 with the challenge. The support and education from trainers was perfection and I have never felt so strong and in shape. After 2 months now I am amazed at what my body can do and what my body feels like. It has been a transformation of mindset as well. I feel empowered and confident to pursue personal as well as fitness goals. The owner and trainers ensure that while pursuing the goals, I never lose integrity of form and I am taking that into my every day life.
